Reservations and Deposits for our Grand Canyon Vacation Packages

• A $400.00 ($300.00 for 3-day trips) deposit per person is required to hold the space.
• You may pay by check, Visa or MasterCard.

Final Payment for Grand Canyon Vacation Packages

• Trip balances are due 90 days prior to trip departure.

Cancellation Policy for 2012 Grand Canyon Vacation Packages

• Your deposit is refundable, less a $100.00 service charge per person, if written notification is received by Arizona River Runners 90 days or more before departure.
• Cancellations within 90 days and up to 11 days prior to departure will forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellations within 10 days of departure will forfeit full fare.
• Trip Cancellation Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Cancellation Policy for 2013 Grand Canyon Vacation Packages

• Your deposit is refundable, less a $100.00 service charge per person, if written notification is received by Arizona River Runners 90 days or more before departure.
• Cancellations within 89 days and up to 30 days prior to departure will forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellations within 30 days of departure will forfeit full fare.
• Trip Cancellation Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Grand Canyon National Park Entrance Fee

• $12.00 will be added to all trip fares.
• Guest 15 and younger will not be subject to this fee.
• If you have a National Park Pass, please send us a copy before your final payment and we will waive the fee if it applies.

Fuel Surcharge for Rafting in the Grand Canyon

• It is possible that a fuel surcharge may be added to the trip cost for those trips involving flight services either before or after their trip. This will only happen if fuel charges spike above their current levels and will be collected directly by the flight service company.

Early Season Discount

• All rafting trips in the Grand Canyon that launch before May 15^th receive a 10% discount on trip fare.

3-Day Family Package

• Youth 18 & under receive a $100.00 discount when accompanied by an adult on 3-day trips only. Cannot be combined with the Early Season Discount.

Grand Canyon Conservation Fund

An optional $1 per day will be added to all fares and distributed, through the Grand Canyon River Conservation Fund, to worthy conservation groups such as Friends of the River, Grand Canyon Trust and others. This money is used for research and protection of the Grand Canyon. Money is also used to provide access to the river for persons with disabilities. If you do not wish to contribute to this fund, you may deduct this fee from the total due.
