Each night at camp we set up a complete customized kitchen for dinner and breakfast along with hand wash systems, eating utensil and water purification systems and toilet facilities. The crew is in charge of all meal preparation but guests find that the more they participate, the greater their experience and rumor has it some of the best river stories are told around the kitchen during meal preparation and clean-up.
