Trip Itinerary

Plan to arrive in Las Vegas at least one day before the trip starts. Lodging information will be sent out closer to your trip.
Meet the Trip Host in Las Vegas at 10:15 a.m. Information about the pick-up hotel will be sent out after the first of the year. Board the shuttle to the airport for the charter flight to the Bar 10 Ranch. Arrive at the Bar 10 in time for lunch and orientation with the entertaining and hospitable ranch staff. After settling in, there is time for horseback riding, ranch history and stories, clay pigeon shooting, an optional ATV tour, and other activities. Enjoy a hearty dinner and a charming country western show. Fall asleep under the starry sky.
Wake up to coffee and a hearty breakfast, then say goodbye to the Bar 10. Board a helicopter and descend into the canyon where guests meet the river guides, pack gear into dry bags, and shove off for a rafting adventure. Soak up awe-inspiring Grand Canyon vistas and experience thrilling whitewater rapids. At midday, lunch is prepared on a sandy beach along the river. Both days you'll be running rapids and exploring the Grand Canyon on side hikes. Each night you'll set up camp and then relax while sharing stories with new friends. As the sun sets over the canyon walls, appreciate the sounds of the river as you fall asleep.
Enjoy a riverside breakfast amidst the Grand Canyon backdrop. Pack up camp, load the rafts, and head out for more fun! Experience a few more hours of rafting and exploring all the canyon has to offer. After lunch, guests say goodbye to the guides and transfer to a jet boat for a scenic ride through the final miles of the Colorado River. A bus will be waiting at Pearce Ferry to take you to Las Vegas. Due to the remote nature of this trip, weather, and other factors, we cannot guarantee our return times listed below. Return between 4 and 6 p.m. The bus ride is about 2 1/2 hours. The bus will drop off at the designated hotel and then the Harry Reid International Airport. If you choose to fly out of Las Vegas on the final day, make sure your flight departs after 6:30 p.m. Our bus must go to the airport immediately after dropping guests off at the hotel. If you have luggage stored at the hotel, you’ll need to factor in extra time to retrieve your bags and then catch a cab to Harry Reid International Airport on your own. Check out this video for a sneak peek into all the fun that awaits!
