Celebrating 60th birthday If you are reading this review and wondering if she should book this trip, the answer is an absolute YES! You will not be disappointed. Every single detail is planned and accounted for with this company. It is an adventure in the purest form. The guides are amazing with their knowledge and skills. You see some beautiful landscape and experience the canyon in a way few people have. When you return, it will all seem surreal as your senses slowly adjust back to everyday life. You will wonder if it was all a breathtaking dream.

Epic Trip with an Amazing Company! Epic trip with an amazing company. Bryce, Kendrick, Ronnie, and Kevin went above and beyond to make sure everyone had an incredible time - on the river and in camp. I have already recommended Arizona River Runners to multiple friends and guests at our business. The food was out of this world too. I wish I could give them 100 stars!

This is a Must Do trip for everyone! This was my second time down the river with Arizona River Runners. I could not recommend the experience or Arizona River Runners highly enough. The entire staff is incredible and they take this once in a lifetime journey very seriously while still making sure that everyone learns something and has fun. Thank you to Chris, Brian, Jen, Page and Chip for another amazing experience in the Grand Canyon.

8 Days of Unplugged Fun and Splendor! My husband and I did the 3 day trip many years and always wanted to go back. This time we did the 8 day motor trip with 4 of our boater friends and it was fantastic! Tristan, James, Gabe, and Jamie are exceptional boatmen/guides and kept our safety in the forefront while promoting fun and stewardship of the canyon/river at all times. We saw lots of wildlife, learned the history of the river and area, and had a great time. ARR are the best in the business!

A trip to experiece God's creation! This is an awesome trip. Guides made it very comfortable and shared their knowledge of the canyon. Shout out to Tristan, James, Gabe and Jamie! 8 days is plenty long, but you get to see and travel the whole river. Size of our group was 24, which made 6 on a side of the raft very comfortable. Learned to camp under the stars! Groover (toilet) was very much appreciated. You have to be comfortable with being wet a lot from rapids to peeing in the river! Food was exceptional! Ice was provided at night for a cocktail! Plenty of drinks and snacks for all. Everyone worked together to make it an amazing trip. One of my highlights were the side hikes! Love to hike and these were exceptional. A trip of a lifetime!

Worth the effort! I took my husband and my two 20something sons on the 6 day cruise and we had a great time. The food was delicious, the side hikes spectacular. The website has tons of helpful information and videos so we felt really prepared. It's camping and it's not super comfortable so it's not for everyone, but the beauty and peacefulness of the canyon is unparalleled.

Great trip! We have traveled a lot.... and could be our favorite trip of all time! Our experience was wonderful! Jason, Carson, Karina, and Dan were exceptional people. We had quick confidence in Jason's ability to lead his crew while always teaching. We could tell right away the respect they all had for one another. The meal planning, the knowledge of the canyon, the trust between the guides, the efficiency of everything was just marvelous! We will do it again with the rest of the family!

Amazing trip, fantastic views, even better crew My family and brother’s family decided to book this trip after he and I had a great time 20 years ago. We wanted to share the experience with our wives and kids (ages 12-15). There was quite a bit of apprehension on all of their parts but went along with it anyway and truly enjoyed the experience
The trip was even better the second time around. We began in Vegas on the 6 day trip. Hotel was very nice, offered free Lyft within 5 miles of the hotel (airport falls into this, just call the desk and they handle the rest). Morning of the prepackaged hotel breakfast is not awesome, crackers, apple, granola bar, Apple juice. Check out trader joes across the lot to get actual food.
Transfers were easy and all taken care of just sjow up at 0445 first morning. Met the crew and boats and got rolling. Crew was unbelievable. Bree is a river legend and was our lead. Nate was our boatman and nailed every rapid perfectly. Paulie was the swamper and was an amazing asset with his geology background. Declan was a kid favorite. Each of the 4 guides were amazing beyond words. All in all trip was filled with amazing views, fantastic food (steak and salmon on the banks of the Colorado amazing) and indescribable nite views of the stars. Stick to the packing list and dont overdue it. Its not a fashion show at camp is a rustic all inclusive experience Oh and one final thing was our whole trip bonded and made friends from all parts of the US and even UK. Take the trip. Take the leap. You wont regret going with ARR.

Sublime (13 day). This is a beautiful experience. The staff (too utilitarian a word) have beautiful spirits. If 13 days is not your jam then complete 1/2 the canyon. Round up.
